Six Sigma Green Belt
Course Description:
This course consists of four modules. Practical application of training is performed in conjunction with the Process Improvement Consulting Practice through case studies and group discussions.
Course Benefits:
Upon the completion of the program participants will be able to:
Understand Process Improvement Lean Six Sigma methods. Participate in business Improvement projects as a Process Improvement Lean Six Sigma team player in the organization.
Prerequisites:
1. Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
2. Good command of the English language.
3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Excel.
4. Availability of a laptop for each participant, with Minitab 15 installed.
To be formally certified as a LSSGB, candidates need to fulfill the following:
- Attend the LSSGB training program (Attendance should not be less than 80%).
- Pass the written Exams.
Upon the successful completion of the program requirements, participants shall be Granted a certificate issued by Triple A Consultancy.
